Ayurvedic Medicines –Holistic medicines are generally made of herbal plants, they may include purified & calcinied ashes of metals & gemstones, minerals and animal products. These medicines vary enormously in function from detoxification of the body, health maintenance, treatment of diseases and even prevention of diseases.

Herbal Oils

Herbal oils – In a base herbal oil, herbs are cooked well in a specific way. These oils have active ingredients that vary in function from aromatic to massage oils and hair oil to regular consumption, ointment to smearing.


Diet – one of the main emphasis given in Ayurveda to prevent diseases reoccurrence and from recovery of disease is a healthy nutritious diet which must contain fresh fruits and fibre.


Yoga – Above religion, yoga means oneness of individual soul (Jeeva) with Aatma ( supreme consciousness). It is the spiritual, mental and physical practice mentioned in Rigveda, Yoga sutras of Patanjali & many more.


Meditation – It is the mindfulness or training the mind in awareness & getting a healthy approach towards everything and everybeing. The main aim of meditation is to bring mental peace.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the Science of Life.  Ayurveda is a theoretical, practical and clinical holistic medical science and is believed to be the oldest holistic healing system belonging to vedic era.  Ayurveda, mentioned in Sanskrit, is considered to be subsidiary (Upveda) of all the four Veda (mainly the fouth Veda – Atharvaveda). The enriched knowledge of Ayurveda teaches us to live a long healthy life, to maintain good health, treatment of diseases and also, the nature and purpose of human life. The purpose of life is to know about the source of human creation and existence, knowing the supreme reality and living that consciousness in routine life, The ultimate purpose of human birth and death cycle is enlightenment.

Ayurveda clearly mentions the concept of prolonged healthy life. The basic principle of health mentioned in Ayurveda is a balance between body, mind & spirit and a delicate balance between three bioelements (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) made up of five elements ( Ether, Air, Water, Earth & Fire). These are maintained through diet, herbal medicines & Panchkarma therapies, correct lifestyle, Yoga and achieving the right perspective towards everything and everybeing.
